The final stop on the North American yearling sales tour, the Kentucky October Yearlings sale has developed into one of the nation’s leading Thoroughbred auctions.
Expanded to four sessions in recent years to meet increasing market demands, the Kentucky October Yearling sale’s premium results on the racetrack continue to further the sale’s reputation in the industry. Recent sale graduates include 2022 Breeders’ Cup Champion Goodnight Olive and Grade 1 winners Hot Rod Charlie, Jack Christopher, and Taiba.

The November Sale is the “go to” marketplace for connections to showcase racing’s greatest champions and prized broodmares. The sale holds world records for highest-priced horses sold in a number of categories.
Prominent breeders also offer their top quality weanlings at The November Sale, whom are selected on pedigree and physical conformation by Fasig-Tipton’s respected inspection team.

Keeneland’s November Breeding Stock Sale – which catalogs broodmare, broodmare prospects, weanlings, horses of racing age, stallions, stallion prospects and shares – is the world’s most important auction of its type in terms of total sales and average.
